ElectraNet is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Manager Connected Customers to lead our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of connected customer management, ensuring exceptional service to our existing customers and driving growth in our telecommunications business. You'll build strategic partnerships, manage existing customer relationships, and identify opportunities to extend our existing contracts to add value for both ElectraNet and our customers.
- Lead the Connected Customers team in achieving its performance objectives, setting clear goals, and empowering team members to excel.
- Develop and implement a strategic Customer Management Plan (CMP) and Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) to optimize customer experience and drive growth.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contract extensions, maximising value for ElectraNet.
- Oversee proactive and high-quality communication with Connected Customers, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Identify and develop new telecommunication opportunities, leading the process from lead generation to transaction closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams across various departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be/have:
- A highly motivated and customer-focused leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- An experienced negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a customer negotiation, business development, or related role (essential).
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical, financial, or commercial field (essential).
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in a public or private corporate environment (essential).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in contract management and financial analysis.
