We have a new role within ICS Service Solutions for an Account Manager overseeing a mass transit contract in Adelaide.
We are looking for someone with key account management skills, demonstrating a true understanding of customer excellence, delivering results and achieving contractual obligations of KPI’s within the Cleaning industry.
The role is suited to someone who is potentially based in the inner southern suburbs, as you will be overseeing sites from Morphettville to Edinburgh. You will need a vehicle and valid driver’s licence, as this role requires daily travel across operational sites (you will receive a car allowance!). Experience within the mass transit sector is highly desirable, but not essential. We are seeking someone with drive, passion, and a can-do attitude.
The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting the following key accountabilities and outcomes:
- Key Client Relationship Management in the Cleaning or Maintenance industry.
- Proactive management of client expectations through direct communication with client.
- Understanding the Customer Journey, the client and their customers and stakeholders.
- Understanding the high expectations of cleanliness and presentation of fleet, assets, and infrastructure.
- Employee engagement and leading from the front, demonstrating safety first.
- Managing static and mobile teams across various sites across Adelaide.
- Provide support and coaching to supervisors and team members.
- Ensure that staff, systems, and processes are aligned to achieve client expectations, including the management of ENTO, audit reporting and in-house systems.
- Reporting to EGM Operations and being part of a National Operations Team across Australia and NZ.
