Create impact as a Culture Mesaurement & Insights Manager joining the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.YOUR ROLEWe currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Culture Measurement & Insights Manager to join IAG's Culture & Inclusion team on a permanent basis. In this role you will primarily be responsible the ownership, delivery, and continuous improvement of IAG's listening strategy. This will involve providing both effective leadership of IAG's culture and people experience measurement activity including survey design, informing insights and governance of action planning governance and approach strategy.The successful candidate will be expected to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and form trusted relationships to influence and drive strategic initiatives, people solutions, while also provide advice and support to senior leaders.This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne.ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in a large, complex organisation with some exposure to Organisational Development, Learning or People & Culture
- Demonstrated experience in best practice research and using data to inform insights
- Strong organisational and or project management skills
- Significant experience in people leadership & coaching
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Highly developed stakeholder relationship management skills
- Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is preferred but not essential
