We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to take on the position of Manager Customer Contact.

Council’s Customer Contact Group is the primary point of telephone, written correspondence and face-to-face contact for residents, local businesspersons and others wishing to obtain information or arrange action relating to a wide range of council functions, facilities, and services.
This position will contribute to the customer experience across council as it relates to the contact points for information.
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in the management of complex, contemporary customer service environments involving the delivery of a broad range of services.
- An experienced leader, with a strong record in coaching and performance support to allow the customer service team to excel.
- Well-developed project management skills including an understanding of process mapping and process re-engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, negotiation skills and the ability to adjust communication and tactics or priorities in response to organisation or audience requirements.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
A base salary between $99,127 and $113,928 will be negotiated with the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month. A guaranteed 2.5% salary increase applies to this salary (or CPI) in July 2024.
