This leadership role is part of the Demand Generation team, a key department within SOTI’s global marketing organization. The team is the steward of the company’s digital presence and focuses on driving leads and digital marketing including SOTI websites, email, search, display and more.
What We’re Looking For
This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class marketing team in a people manager role. The Manager, Demand Generation and their team will be responsible for responsibilities that include overseeing SOTI.net (including its localized variants) and 2) The management and optimization of paid digital marketing.
The individual in this role will have the opportunity to shape the visitor journey through SOTI’s digital properties from the click to the content and UI/UX of the websites, the entire marketing tech stack, as well as the conversion of visits to sales leads.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and who has successfully managed marketers and/or web developers. A good “project management” mindset and experience juggling multiple deadlines and priorities with ease is required. Detail oriented with mobile-first experience and demonstrated strong execution is essential to your success. This is a global role, so experience working across multiple time zones with colleagues from around the world is highly valued.
An understanding of the technology which underpins the digital marketing ecosystem is table stakes. Tracking codes, attribution models, the marketing tech stack, social media tools; the ideal candidate will have experience managing these as well as other technologies which make digital marketing possible and accountable.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for SOTI.net as well as SOTI’s paid digital marketing
  • Drive results from technical SEO efforts and ensure constant improvement of all related KPIs in this area
  • Manage the operations and effectiveness of SOTI’s marketing tech stack and champion new methods and tools
  • Champion best practices across SOTI’s domains, including accessibility standards, UI and UX improvements we can make
  • Together with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist continue the expansion of SOTI’s paid digital program as well as champion new channels for lead generation and brand promotion
  • Lead constant improvement of the conversion rate of visits to leads on all domains
  • Work with the Director, Global Demand Generation on strategy pertaining to SOTI’s online presence Oversee the successful execution of projects based on the strategy set out
  • Own reporting for SOTI.net and its localized variants
  • Manage your team’s workload to effectively prioritize projects
  • Act as a mentor and coach to resolve roadblocks, keep operations running smoothly and inspire a team of talented marketers by leading through example
  • Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure that deadlines are being met through to completion
  • Set your team up for success by enabling effective collaboration, operational effectiveness and accountability, from within the marketing organization and company-wide stakeholders
  • Mentor your team to help them grow in their roles, excel within a high-performance team and tech company culture
Experience You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience with digital marketing and/or website management is required, with demonstrable results achieved
  • B2B industry experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • Experience leading digital marketing teams, with progressive experience in a team leadership role with examples balancing both tactical and strategic execution, building and managing budgets, performance management, goal setting, and ROI driven planning and analysis
  • Experience working within a global marketing team is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and executive presentation skills are required
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence
  • Experience and/or demonstrated familiarity working with the following parts of a marketing tech stack: GA4, Salesforce, Clarity, SEO/SEM insights tools, cookie consent software, A/B testing platforms, a CMS such as Umbraco
  • Experience in working with website forms to drive data (lead) capture
  • An understanding of marketing’s responsibilities under major legislation marketing teams may face when conducting global business (CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and others)
  • Prior work with testing (A/B, multi-variant, etc) and personalization
  • Familiarity working with, working alongside or overseeing web development including UX, UI and design
