We seek an experienced Marketing Manager with experience in growth marketing or Demand Generation and a proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic planning and execution across digital and traditional channels. What you will be doing
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will focus on creating awareness and interest in Funding's products among potential targets, leveraging data to target top-of-the-funnel prospects who may need to be aware of our brand and offerings.
- Develop and execute SEM (Search Engine Marketing) plans to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage AdWords campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) content strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
- Coordinate event marketing activities, including planning, promotion, logistics, and follow-up to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to deployment and performance analysis.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to enhance website usability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise marketing campaigns and tactics for maximum effectiveness.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least two years specialising in paid search (SEM/PPC).
- Proven track record of successfully managing AdWords campaigns and driving results.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with event marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRO techniques.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Highly motivated, agile, and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
