About the Role
Engineering Services manages the maintenance and asset management needs of multiple health and aged care sites as well as managing and assisting with multi-disciplinary project works. The role provides effective day to day management of a highly skilled Engineering Services delivering a range of support to health and aged care facilities.
Duties
- Work closely and in collaboration with internal and external customers to understand their needs and meet their service delivery requirements while supporting the organisation strategic goals.
- Balance competing priorities and work demands and to identify and respond appropriately to critical and urgent business needs;
- Provide leadership and management support for staff within designated organisational teams;
About You
- Relevant experience in managing engineering services and facilities maintenance,
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Obtained or working toward and / or committed to completing a Diploma of Management
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Current driver license
Desirable selection criteria includes:
- Engineering degree qualification
- A trade qualification
- Other directly relevant VET or tertiary qualification
