About the role
The Manager Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) will be responsible for coordinating and driving key projects and initiatives for Fremantle Ports, ensuring the business performs in line with its strategic goals, as well as maintaining a grasp on general projects across the business.
This role ensures the smooth and effective application of effort and resources across a program of strategic initiatives to maximise their impact on organisational objectives. The Manager EPMO will also be responsible for managing inter-divisional interfaces and liaising with other stakeholders in the business to ensure the strategic projects initiatives and plans are delivered on time, within scope, budget and to a high standard.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Strategy, Planning & Performance, the Manager Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) role will be primarily responsible for the development of scopes, goals and deliverables for the various strategic initiatives and projects including timelines, tasks, resources and risk management.

About you
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Project management, planning and/or Commerce).
- Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of multiple, complex, multi-disciplinary business programs.
- Demonstrated skills in managing and influencing people and teams to achieve effective outcomes.
- Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organisational frameworks and systems.
Other Technical, Professional and Specialist Skills:
- Proven advanced verbal and written communication skills including report writing.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and execute projects that align to the corporate business strategy.
- Broad business experience to understand and deliver to business outcomes.
- Highly developed organisational ability including success in managing numerous and complex actions to deadlines.
- Highly effective change management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels and to operate on a consultative basis.
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills.
- Well-developed financial management and budgeting skills.
- Extensive understanding of project and Program Management principles, methods and techniques and experience or familiarity with Program Management approaches (e.g. PMBOK).
