The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual for Manager - Executive Services to lead the executive and Administration function in Ability Options. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO, Board and Executive team performing all aspects of administration and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also support the Property, Assets and Administration (PAA) team with internal and external facilities management for our Head Office - Bella Vista.
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 38 hours per week
Location: Bella Vista
Salary: $89,000 per annum + super and $15,900 in salary packaging
Reporting to: CEO and General Manager - Property, Assets and Administration
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Play a central role in providing comprehensive secretarial service to the CEO, Board and Executives including meeting administration, documentation management, organising events, following up Executive actions, plans and KPIs.
- Partner with CEO to plan, manage and update diary to enable effective use of their time including ensuring all relevant papers are available and any background information required prior to meetings/events.
- Develop and maintain the calendar of Board and Executive business each year.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Board and CEO.
- Provide prompt, thorough and accurate information to the Board, CEO and Executives to keep them informed to matters requiring their attention.
- Key contact for the Bella Vista Head Office including responding to property and procurement requests.
- Organise lease documentation, contracts, renewals, assist with tender preparation and liaising with the landlord where required.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing support to senior executive in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise task and work under pressure.
- Current Driver Licence (Minimum P2)
