We are seeking a diligent, highly organised and energetic individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administration Assistant.
In this full time role, you will be the face of Xenith and will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all. You will also be accountable for the efficient and delivery of administrative and office support services including travel and expense management; meeting and event coordination; end of month processing; system administration and project management support.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and possess exceptional communication skills; strong attention to detail; and the ability to accurately multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position is office based, with regular working hours.
