Are you ready to take the lead in managing, monitoring, and optimising our premises, fleet, and assets? We're seeking a skilled Manager Facilities to lead our dynamic team and drive efficiency across the Authority.
As the Manager Facilities within NSW Reconstruction Authority, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing premises, fleet and asset management. Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will enable you to provide high-level analysis, interpretation, and advice, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our resources.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management: with an understanding of industry bets practice, regulations and technologies to optimise our facilities and resources.
- Effective communication skills. Whether it's negotiating with stakeholders, presenting findings to senior management, or collaborating with cross-functional teams, your ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively will be critical.
- Stakeholder engagement expertise: building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and other public sector agencies, enabling effective collaboration and action.

About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporation that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities and other stakeholders.
