In the role of Manager, Finance & Business, accountabilities include:
- Financial Management. Manage, guide and direct Program PMO staff daily while overseeing Program financial management. Ensure that all financial plans, budgets, forecasts, reports and advice developed and provided to the Program Senior Leadership Team and broader external executive stakeholders are accurate, timely and consistent.
- Procurement & Contract Management. Manage, guide and direct Program PMO staff daily while providing Program procurement and contract management services. Manage and direct suppliers and through required procurement activities. Manage and lead contract management activities including program supplier spend tracking and new vendor establishment. Manage and coordinate the use of Fieldglass, developing and delivering relevant reporting as required.
- Resource Management. Manage, guide and direct Program PMO staff daily while providing Program resource management services. Manage all Program resource management activities including resource planning, recruitment and engagement, onboarding and offboarding and contingent labour engagement and extensions.
- Streamline and Improve Processes. Manage, guide and direct Program PMO staff to improve the frameworks, processes, and tools to support the Program's financial, resource, sourcing, and contract management functions with a sustained focus on continuous improvement, skills assessment and uplift, innovation and leveraging emerging technologies monitoring compliance with policy, legislation, regulations, standards and procedures through appropriate governance frameworks.
This position works within the Program PMO and has 4 direct reports. This role may also line manage contingent labour engaged on the Program.
