AddressDue to expansion in our stand-alone property management department, located at Arundel/Labrador, we are now looking for an additional Assistant Property Manager who is looking to move their career to Hillsea with the view to becoming a Property Manager.
Since 1986, Hillsea Real Estate has been building a network of offices on the northern end of the Gold Coast providing a superior service to clients and customers. Hillsea Real Estate operates 5 high profile offices on the Northern Gold Coast.
The successful candidate needs to be:
- Well organised
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be self-motivated and assertive
- Be able to prioritise daily duties
- Meticulous with data entry
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration for property management in Queensland
- Have knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Availability to start within the next month.
The overall objective will be to assist in the management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring a professional service is offered at all times. This will include processing tenancy application forms; following up on rent arrears, entry and exit condition reports, maintenance, attending phone and email messages, lease renewals etc.
A current drivers license is a must.
Working strictly Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch, and a salary that is negotiable for the right applicant.
