Property Manager

About the role:Reporting through to the HR Manager, you will play an integral role in the running of the housing operations through managing the overall condition of business owned houses. Overseeing 70+ houses and a 24-person camp, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage all forms of housing and accommodation for the staff;
• Liasing directly with other land lords and RE agencies;
• Co-ordinate and oversee house inspections;
• First point of contact for all housing issues;
• Organise contractors and internal trades to carry out maintenance requests;
• Investigate concerns or issues raised by tenants;
• Complete and upload relevant inspection documents and reports as required;
• Provide half year updates to management;
• Maintain stock levels of household goods;
• Assist with pre-inspections prior to real estate inspections; and
• Manage lease renewals and contracts with real estate and private rentals.

About you:To be successful in the role, you will have excellent time management and the ability to communicate well. You will have solid computer skills and exhibit time management and organisational skills. A certificate or diploma in property management or related field is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will also:

• Have proven experience in property management or real estate;
• Possess knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; and
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
