How will I help?
The Finance Transformation Strategy (FTS) team is responsible for driving the development, prioritisation, and delivery of the broader finance strategy. The Manager (FTS) – Culture & Capability will act as a Finance strategy champion to support the business in its transformation within the culture and capability stream of the Finance function.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting to formulate, communicate, implement and embed the desired culture and connections across the finance group in line with the strategy
- Leading the development and delivery of the communication plan in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure key transformation successes
- Leading the development of key artefacts to support this process, including but not limited to survey construction, feedback forms, prioritisation matrices
- Continuously refining and tailoring communications to maximise engagement and effectiveness
- Supporting gathering and prioritisation of feedback and insights from key internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting development and delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives for Finance

What do I need?
You will have banking or financial services experience and ideally chartered or CPA qualifications. This role would suit candidates with experience in consulting. You will be confident communicating and delivering through ambiguity and change and have strong stakeholder engagement, management, collaboration and partnering experience. Exposure to strategy and policy formation and implementation is highly desirable in particular in relation to capability and culture initiatives.
This role will see you combine your strong technical skills with sound commercial acumen to exercise superior problem solving. An understanding of BI applications, data warehousing and web-based reporting is desirable as well as some experience of project management in agile environments.
