National Salon Account Manager

We're growing fast and our ambition is huge - more categories, more locations and more people.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Retail Excellence and Beauty GTM, this role is responsible for managing and executing our salon partner program either with direct relationships for top tier or through our distributor in the market.This role is also responsible for creating the ideal learning environment to help hairstylists inspire and promote advocacy to Dyson technology and machines through in-salon, classes, and all other shows and events that deliver Salon sales targets. It will require intermittent supervision as incumbent will be working independently most of the time in the field directly with our brand, distributor and salon partners.Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-Deliver annual sales (volume and revenue) to plan as part of the 2024 visionAnalyse our sales run rates by partner and distributor to understand opportunities and effective ways to deliver our planContribute to and implement channel strategies that optimise salon opportunities and Dyson profitability in line with Australian goalsEffectively manage spend budget to deliver the best return on investmentOwn the forecasting process working collaboratively with the salon partnersUnderstand and strengthen the relationship between Dyson and external salon/stylistDevelop relationships and manage distributor partnerships as well as direct relationships with top tier salonsParticipate in all corporate events and support Dyson events and shows as directedExecution of national education initiatives including planning and execution of product launch and eventsExecute social media activation & partnership opportunities to drive Dyson education social awareness and influenceMaster the basics but also deliver fresh thinking - look at innovative ways to reach stylists to ensure that Dyson 'owns' the Professional Hair Tools spaceConduct regular trainings with Dyson Exclusive salon's stylists to reinforce education support to drive advocacy within stylists, Dyson brand Story, Fundamental Classes. These combined classes need to equal to at least 25 classes a monthDevelop relevant quizzes to ensure stylists understands Dyson's technology & USPProvide quarterly updates to Dyson Exclusive salons communicating Dyson technology, machines and Dyson programs/initiativeBuild effective working relationships with stakeholders in the internal team & external stylists to ensure alignment on salon programsDemonstrate Dyson technology & machines to new Dyson salonsImplement and execute education plans for new partner salons to achieve organic advocacy in new Dyson Salons and stylistsIntroduce Dyson Salon programs and encourage stylist's participationAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have strong ability to engage, influence and motivate key internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal.
