Manager Financial Analysis Corporate Services
The Commercial Services Corporate branch is seeking a highly organised and commercially focused individual to join their Financial Analysis team. The Manager Financial Analysis will report to the Group Manager Commercial Services and will by primarily responsible for commercial decision support to Corporate Services and overseeing the fixed price services charge calculation and associated processes.

In this role you will provide a high standard of financial and commercial services to Corporate Services and other internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has a strong commercial focus, works collaboratively and loves finding solutions to complex problems.
The Manager Financial Analysis Corporate Servicesposition is a dynamic role with many responsibilities including:
- Provide commercial decision support, including preparation of options analysis, preparation and review of business case financials and commercial analysis of procurements and contracts.
- Ensure the integrity and fairness of the Corporate cost allocation model (the fixed price services charge model).
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee major projects reporting especially with respect to the Financial Information Management System (FIMS) program.
- Manage the Middle Office Treasury function.
- Assist the Group Manager Commercial Services Corporate and the Corporate Services Executive with specific project work and analysis where required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding Corporate Services financial matters, and actively manage and maintain a good relationship with key stakeholders.
- Provide mentoring and guidance as required to team members to assist in their skills development and career progression at ActewAGL.

About you
- Demonstrate a positive and innovative outlook.
- You enjoy problem solving and have a curious and analytical mindset.
- Formal accounting qualifications (CA or CPA qualified).
- Demonstrated work experience in a senior financial or managerial accounting position is required; preferably in the utilities industry or a large infrastructure business in a matrix organisation working across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline existing accounting processes while ensuring that a strong financial control environment is maintained.
- Well-developed quantitative, financial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret financial and non-financial statistical information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
