You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the governance, and Reporting framework across the Consumer Division, whilst partnering with Risk Management and the Regulatory Compliance personnel within the broader team.
- Driving integration of data and analytics into provide insightful risk reporting to senior management and divisional focus.
- Assisting with managing the end-to-end process of core monthly reporting that includes planning, preparation, stakeholder management, and delivery.
- Administering and coordinating the Risk Governance Forum, their agenda, minutes and Reporting
- Providing guidance for activities and actions that support and evidence a mature risk culture for the Division.
- Assisting with risk maturity and culture reporting to senior management and Line 2.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in assurance and Reporting within the Insurance or Financial Services Industry working in a complex, fast paced Matrix driven environment.
- Understanding of the Risk management principles and process, compliance and governance activities, controls analysis and the three lines of defence model.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, influence, and the ability to lead and grow with the team.
