The ShapingSEQ Delivery Office acts as the dedicated ShapingSEQ implementation team within the department. The Delivery Office manages the day-to-day implementation of 13 priority actions, measure, and report on their progress, manage working groups, identify program improvements, and undertake secretariate functions. The Delivery Office is responsible for implementing the assurance framework for ShapingSEQ and establish processes, procedures, and reporting systems to support a governance framework. The Growth Monitoring Program (GMP) is a key influencer and advises the processes of the Delivery Office.
