About the role
The Manager, Growth & Partnerships is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, (as well as nurturing existing ones) leading strategic planning initiatives related to business Growth and partnership development and overseeing the execution of growth strategies.
About you
You will spearhead efforts to expand the customer base and cultivate strategic partnerships, this role plays a pivotal role in driving Leisure Networks' growth trajectory and achieving its overarching strategic goals.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience achieving set financial targets
- Demonstrated experience successfully developing business relationships, identifying new markets and business opportunities
- Business / commerce tertiary qualification and strong financial literacy, business acumen and technology expertise
- Experience working within the care sector and an understanding of the NDIS market and disability sector trends
- Extensive stakeholder relationship management skills with an ability to positively influence so that business development opportunities are made into a reality
