About the role
As HR Manager Business Partnering, you will lead a team responsible for driving organisational success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Acting as a strategic partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that align to business goals, proactively manage business challenges, and deliver seamless, end to end transactional processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to genuinely lead and influence transformational change and drive best practice organisational design.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders providing strategic HR guidance, coaching, and solutions for organisational challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that drive performance, engagement and retention.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision making and process improvement.
- Lead an HR Business Partnering Team provide mentorship and coaching to ensure team success and performance.
- Prepare papers, reports, briefing notes, advice and responses on strategic human resource issues.
