Key requirements of the role:

• Strategic HR Consultancy: Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR matters such as payroll, attraction strategies, job design, establishment, industrial relations, workers compensation, and complex recruitment issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with key stakeholders within the company to understand and address their current and future people support needs effectively.
• Capability and Leadership Development: Demonstrate capabilities aligned with the Companies's Capability and Leadership Framework, and contribute to the professional development and work-life balance initiatives within the organization.
• Learning and Development Culture: Contribute to fostering a high-impact, strategic learning culture that encourages collaboration, self-driven learning, and equips employees with skills for current and future success within the company.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Strong knowledge and experience across HR functions like payroll, attraction strategies, job design, establishment, industrial relations, workers' compensation, and recruitment.
• Ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring HR initiatives contribute to overall success.
• Skill in building relationships and delivering tailored HR services to meet organizational needs.
