About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Manager HR Systems & Integrity.
We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.
The HR Systems and Integrity Manager oversees the Department’s contemporary HR systems, self-service tools, and online solutions, ensuring strong compliance, assurance, and governance services. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality payroll outcomes for the Department and its client authorities.
In this position you will lead and coordinate various aspects of team management with a focus on equity, and performance targets, compliance services for payroll efficiency, and contributing to strategic planning and innovation to enhance HR systems aligned with government strategies. Additionally, the position involves effective communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and participation in sector networks to stay informed about regulatory changes and emerging opportunities.

This role is based at 140 William Street Perth.
