We are seeking a Manager of ICT Procurements, Licensing, and Finance to lead our team through complex contract negotiations, procurement processes, and software release cycles. Key Responsibilities
- Leading, co-ordinating, managing, documenting, and providing advice on ICT software licensing, contracts and procurement arrangements to CIT.
- Effectively applying procurement, contract and project management principles, relevant policy and governance to identify and formulate workable solutions for strategic and operational procurement projects.
- Producing high quality documentation across the ICT procurement and contract management lifecycle and reporting information as required, such as briefing material, communication artefacts, status updates etc.
- Successfully negotiating, evaluating, and executing ICT contract agreements.
- Ensuring all ICT systems in use have valid service contracts and are being operated within the agreed financial budget and forecasts and other agreed financial metrics.
- This position may involve direct supervision of staff.
