We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the manager of our South Australian and Western Australian Industrial teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our industrial division in these key regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact within a respected and reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth in South Australia and Western Australia within the industrial sector
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base.
Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of consultants, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets through encouraging and participating in proactive sales activities and effective management of client accounts.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Safety, Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements and uphold the highest standards of safety, service delivery and quality assurance.
You will Need:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the industrial recruitment sector, with a strong track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sound leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyse market trends and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field are highly desirable.
