About Us
MyLeave (Construction Industry Long Service Leave Payments Board) is a Western Australian statutory authority responsible for providing financially sustainable portable long service leave for around 131,000 construction workers.
MyLeave is currently undertaking an ambitious digital transformation program, with a key outcome being the replacement of legacy core CRM and records management systems and digitisation of manual processes. It is expected that the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft SharePoint platforms will be commissioned in 2024. An additional focus is to maintain and improve our cyber security mitigation and prevention strategies.
Position Profile
We are seeking applications from an exceptional ICT professional that can collaborate with leaders and colleagues to shape MyLeave's ICT strategy and implementation roadmap and drive service efficiencies and business outcomes. The role may be required, infrequently, to work outside of business hours.
Although the role is focused on strategic aspects of ICT as well as organisational leadership, some technical knowledge will be required to assist in architecting ICT solutions to business problems and opportunities.
The successful applicant should have a well-developed work ethic, demonstrated leadership and management skills as well as a strong customer focus including a desire to help internal and external stakeholders through good communication skills and a commitment to championing ongoing business improvement.
The successful applicant will be an engaging and dynamic individual with:
- Substantial demonstrated experience in translating strategic objectives into actionable and integrated plans and roadmaps and delivering customer focused, high performing ICT services.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in business improvement and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, applications and services and responding to changing business needs.
- Experience and ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and priorities and work under minimal supervision to ensure agreed outcomes are met within agreed cost, time and quality constraints.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a customer-centric service.
