Our Kaupapa
Our kaipākihi Māori (Maori Business) team is growing and seeking a Manager to support and drive ongoing development. We build strong personal relationships with our clients to ensure future planning and sustainability are at the forefront of asset management. Ko tā mātou mahi - The Role
This role is responsible for the operational leadership of the team, management of workflow and targets in relation to the group budget, and ensuring the provision of consistent standards of service to our clients in line with their financial accounting, business advisory and management accounting requirements. Support of the group partner's portfolio and growth of own client portfolio will be achieved through identifying and capitalising on opportunities with both existing and prospective clients and building brand awareness through local and national networks.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous team leadership experience or a strong desire to enter a management role
- A qualification in accounting, such as Accounting Technician or higher
- Experience working with Māori businesses (desirable, but not required)
