About the Role:
Are you passionate about integrating Mental Health care within General Practice? Do you thrive in a leadership role where innovation and evidence-based practice are key? Join EMPHN as the Manager for Mental Health in General Practice and lead the development of our groundbreaking Mental Health program, currently titled the ‘GP Demonstration Project’.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Program Development: Lead the creation of an evidence-based Mental Health program tailored for General Practice.
- Field Support & Improvement: Enhance the program with practical in-field behavior change and quality improvement support.
- Model Growth: Establish processes and targets to develop a new field-support model for EMPHN.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the EMPHN Board, University of Melbourne, TROPHI, and others.
- Expert Advisory: Provide high-quality design and evaluation advice.
- Culture Contribution: Positively contribute to the organizational culture.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, key performance indicators, and budgets.

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Mental Health and General Practice integration. Your ability to foster relationships and lead project development is second to none. You are committed to using the latest evidence to improve Mental Health care and can manage complex projects within set timelines and budgets.
