Langmore General Practice is a family owned General Practice, located in Berwick synonymous with comprehensive quality medical care. We are an accredited, privately billing practice with a fantastic team of GPs, nurses and support staff.
We are on the search for a driven and experienced Business manager who understand the General Practice environment with a keen motivation to drive the business of healthcare, supporting the directors, doctors and staff.
The role is part-time, 48hrs per fortnight. Days/hours flexibly negotiable.
What will the role entail
- Driver of Business development – marketing and new goals of the practice
- Engage and lead the team of committed individuals
- Ensure staffing numbers align with solid business principles
- Foster an organisational culture that always maintains supportive behaviours in the workplace
- Recruitment and retention of healthcare providers/GPs
- Optimising the the use multidisciplinary teams to make the practice a strong delivery service location
- Deliver results based on tactical KPIs
- Implementation of the strategic planning goals set with the practice directors
Skills and Experience that are essential for the role
- Knowledge of the business of General Practice
- Leadership and sound staff engagement skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
