The Shire of Bruce Rock is searching for a motivated person who wants to be part of a dynamic Management Team and be our new Manager of Works and Services.

This position provides a great opportunity to be involved at a progressive Council that has a strong focus on maintaining an excellent road network and ensuring that our Works and Services department delivers for Council and the community.

The successful applicant must possess;

• Strong knowledge and experience in supervision of road construction & maintenance
• Developed project and contractor management skills
• Strong people & leadership skills to inspire and lead
• Experience in infrastructure asset management

Bruce Rock is a welcoming community that is ideally located just 245km east of Perth in the Wheatbelt region.  The town has all the services and facilities to cater for your needs, including a recently constructed Supermarket and Hardware Store that is the new centerpiece of our main street.

The position will be offered a 3 year contract with a total remuneration package offered from $150,000 to $175,000 per annum, including housing, vehicle, matching super and other incentives.
