Role Overview
As the Service Manager at Insight Electrical Technology, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to exceed expectations, create positive change, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Leading the team, you will manage service and minor works operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across all service works. You will work closely with high-demand government & nationally recognised facility management clients, ensuring that their unique requirements are met with professionalism and reliability. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our commitment to excellence and fostering positive relationships with both our team and our clients
About the role
This role requires intense focus, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- High Intensity Position with the need to prioritise tasks to co-ordinate multiple functions simultaneously.
- Coordinate and schedule 10-15 technicians and 3-4 administration staff providing technical support for 20-30 active jobs per day ensuring timely attendance, completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Utilise our supplier network efficiently to source required parts within required timeframes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure performance expectations are consistently met, maintaining open lines of communication relative to work status.
- Oversea execution of daily scheduling of service workforce in collaboration with managers.
- Monitor performance through KPI’s and reporting
Qualifications and Skills:
- WA Electrical Licence
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service delivery.
- Proven ability to operate in complex situations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
