In this role, you'll:
Work with our Workforce Planning team within the People Planning and Capability branch, with a focus to develop long-term workforce capability solutions, support NSW TrainLink’s recruitment strategy and induction programs, and ensure effective delivery of training programs.
This role will see you developing workforce capability solutions in collaboration with the Workforce Planning team within a Greenfields environment.
You will organise and deliver comprehensive induction programs and training initiatives, monitor and support learner progress, address training gaps, and manage performance issues.
In addition to this, you will focus on identifying and implementing improvements in training programs and processes and building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About you
Your Workforce Planning experience at a senior level will have seen your strategic leadership skills excel in strategic workforce planning and implementing capability solutions.
Ideally, you will also have a strong understanding of talent recruitment and people capability development within a training and development environment.
Your recognised for your strategic thinking, excellent communication, leadership, and continuous improvement skills.
Also, you are a proactive manager who can enhance workforce capability and organisational performance with the ability to manage teams in a dynamic operational environment, particularly with dispersed locations and shift work.
This is an Award RC7 Permanent Full-Time role based in Sydney, with consideration for Regional based candidates, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
