What you'll be doing
The Manager Organisational Development and Leadership (ODL) provides leadership and expertise to support the strategic objectives of Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). The role oversees the Organisational Development and Leadership team who provide high quality, expertise in relation to Organisational Development, talent management, leadership and management development, diversity, inclusion and belonging, mandatory training, violence prevention and across NSLHD. The Manager Organisational Development and Leadership provides expertise in change management, workforce effectiveness and performance management and works in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners to orchestrate cultural Development and culture change initiatives that deliver on the people plan. The role provides guidance to the organisation in areas such as strengthening management and Leadership capability, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, job design and employee experience.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources/change management/Organisational Development or substantial equivalent experience in a senior human resource management position in areas of workforce planning/design, workplace culture improvement and/or talent management/succession planning
- Proven ability to influence managers and employees to facilitate change into a complex organisation
- Experience in project leadership, using project management concepts that has resulted in positive outcomes
