As a Manager Payment Analytics- This role will be responsible for a range of operational activities supporting payment compliance and Institutional payment businesses management and underpinning solutions/controls throughout the end-to-end payments value chain including IFTI reporting, payment data quality monitoring and case management.
What will you bring?
Must Have Skills
Knowledge or experience with payments infrastructure and/or AML & CTF is preferred
Ability to navigate through large volumes of payment data using tools such as SQL/Python
Role requires close to Australia working hours, or as close to this as realistically possible. For example, 6:30am Bengaluru start time so we have ~5 hour window of cross over each day with the Australia team.
Technical/Business Skills
Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills to develop appropriate solutions. Understand stakeholder needs and effectively translate these into technical requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Connect well with stakeholders and partners and forge strong relationships
Exposure to Global Working: Experience working in globally distributed teams.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
BFSI Experience: Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
