Manager - Workday role is responsible for execution on a wide range of Systems initiatives and providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform.What You'll Do
- Provides input and expertise in executing the HR Systems roadmap of Workday initiatives per the business requirements.
- Provides support in resolving Workday related requests assigned to the HR Systems team.
- Delivers high quality support for Core HCM, Recruitment, Time Off and Absence, Talent Management (Performance Management) and Advance Compensation modules globally, with a clear view on cross-functional implications
- Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields to meet the business requirements and complete bulk data uploads via EIBs across various processes.
- Validates configurations via testing to ensure development/ configuration work is in line with the user requirements, such as functional testing, end-user testing, developing testing criteria to drive test scripts
- Provide training to stakeholders and prepare communication packs, SOP & FAQs to support Workday adoption and utilization.
- Stays up to date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research and use of best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years Workday experience; preferably with expertise in 2 or more of the following: Core HCM, Advance Compensation, Security, Recruitment, Benefits.
- Performance Management and Benefits support experience are preferred.
- Strong Workday functional knowledge and project management skills
- Ability to interpret business requirements, recommend and implement solutions.
