We are representing a community sector organisation that provides an individualised approach and a broad range of services and supports for people with a disability and their families in the Western and North Western region of Melbourne.The Role:
Reporting to the CEO you will provide first level service, support and advice in all areas of people, and culture strategy and OH&S matters.
The role includes:
- Maintaining HR systems, policy and procedures and employment records
- Recruitment and Selection;
- Metrics and Analytics;
- Supporting employee performance planning and review;
- Occupational Health & Safety & Workcover.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (includes National Police Check)
- International Police Check (where applicable)
- Evidence or current working with Childrens Check (where applicable)
- Evidence of current Drivers License
- Signed and Witnessed Statutory Declaration Form
- Evidence of relevant qualifications
- Evidence of your rights to work in Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate - Level 2
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
The People & Culture Manager position is offered on a permanent basis at a competitive salary plus superannuation.
