Richmond Vanadium Technology, an ASX-listed (RVT) company and owner of the esteemed Richmond Vanadium Project in North Queensland, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administration Manager & Corporate Secretary based in the Perth CBD.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Administration Manager & Corporate Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Perth office while undertaking a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Operations:
- Coordinating annual strategy meetings in collaboration with the Managing Director
- Managing day-to-day operations of the Perth office, including facility management, office equipment, and supplies
- Overseeing IT management and liaising with IT service providers
- Handling travel bookings and itineraries, both domestic and international
- Managing all legal agreements and insurance requirements
- Coordinating HR functions, including onboarding new team members and organising staff training
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Coordinating Board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Maintaining governance policies and procedures for corporate governance compliance
- Coordinating Annual General Meeting notices and results
- Managing ASX announcements and shareholder communication
- Providing oversight for internal bookkeeping and external financial consulting services
- Approving invoices and managing creditor payments
- Reconciling monthly payroll and company credit cards
- Managing term deposits and liaising with corporate bankers and auditors
- Collaborating with communication consultants on marketing strategies and major website updates
- Planning internal and external events, including conference participation and team functions
- Contributing to marketing materials, such as investor presentations and conference materials
- Designing, planning, and completing the Annual Report
- Facilitating the compilation of tenement reports, including annual reports, expenditure reports, and renewals
- Coordinating the submission of mining lease applications
- Managing the preparation of the annual environmental report
- Generating monthly Notice of Entry forms for affected landowners, in collaboration with environmental consultants and the Chief Resource Geologist
- Overseeing the coordination of Conduct & Compensation Agreements with affected landowners
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a small to medium-sized office
- Prior experience in an ASX-listed company (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and escalate issues when necessary
- Interest in identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
