As People & Culture Manager of this leading Australian firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy, initiatives and operations.Leading the day-to-day HR function in the Sydney office and providing strategic business partnering to national client groups, you will lead a team of Consultants and work closely with other P&C Managers and the broader people team.About the role:

- Previous experience in a P&C Manager role with proven commercial acumen and influencing skills
- People leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex end to end ER cases
- Experience championing change and successful delivery of projects
- Professional services experience preferred
