AddressThe Manager, Project Delivery oversees and manages the design and delivery of Council’s infrastructure works program that is delivered by contractors and major external grant funded infrastructure programs. This dedicated position will include the management and delivery of the majority of Council’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program WSIG) funded projects and other infrastructure projects across Council, to be determined with Council’s Project Management Office (PMO).
The candidate will have extensive strategic project management experience and skills such as the oversight of multiple design and construction projects with a proven track record of successful delivery; demonstrated ability to lead the identification, critical analysis, formulation and delivery of solutions to a range of project management challenges as they arise and sound knowledge and understanding of procurement and contract management, including the development of Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Tender (RFT) documentation.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $156,826 gross per annum
+ 11.5% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
