Your opportunity
As the Retail Delivery Coordinator (Project Manager) at Scentre Group within our Retail Design & Delivery team, you will be responsible for enabling and driving the efficient and effective delivery of tenancies in alignment with Scentre Groups strategic vision for each asset.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with great project management skills and exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. You are confident in leading meetings, leading project initiatives and supporting and managing several stakeholders and deadlines day to day.
Key accountabilities:
- Support the Senior Retail Delivery Coordinator in the facilitation of complex delivery requirements.
- Coordinate and drive the program for new retailer shop openings for each assigned asset.
- Assist each asset to reduce leased to open timelines.
- Effective communication with Retail Design & Delivery team members to share information and knowledge and ensure alignment through the approval and delivery process.
- Drive innovation through research around industry delivery best practice
- Participate in and lead project initiatives in support of Retail Design & Delivery process and work practice improvements.
- Build strong relationships with internal team members and external business partners.
- Work together with other internal teams to ensure tenancy is ready per agreed terms.
NOTE - This is a 12-month contract role, covering parental leave.
