Manager, Reporting - HRBI (Human Resource Business Intelligence)

Position Overview:
As the Manager of Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting systems that provide critical insights into various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of reporting processes and systems to support strategic decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop reporting solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage a team of reporting analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and foster professional growth.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline reporting workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and data analytics, leveraging this knowledge to continuously enhance our reporting capabilities.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in a reporting or analytics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading reporting projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred is highly regarded.
