Job Description- Lead, motivate and coach our Front Office team to provide an exceptional experience to our hotel guests
- Successfully and strategically plan and execute Front Office operations, including scheduling, departmental training, and team development for both the day and night team
- Engage and interact with hotel guests on a regular basis, be a highly visible leader across the business
- Understand guest experience trends and translate feedback into tangible actions that can help to deliver the best experience for all of our guests
QualificationsEducation and Experience- Prior experience as a Front Office Manager in a high-profile hotel ideally on the Gold Coast.
- Opera proficiency
- Pre-opening experience
- 5* luxury experience
