Reporting to the Senior Manager Retail Projects, the Manager Retail Support is responsible for the management of Retail Support services. The role has the following key areas of focus:
- Retail Network Management
- Procurement & Contract Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Continuous Service Improvement
- People and Resources
Mandatory and special role requirements
Drivers Licence/ Police Clearance
