About the role

As the Manager- Security & Risks Contract, you will be reporting to the Executive Director of Redevelopment & Asset Management and will be responsible for the performance and relationship management with the company's outsourced security service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertake a variety of projects related to security, and emergency management.
• Work in a matrix environment, reporting to the Executive Director of Redevelopment & Asset Management but working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the performance and relationship with contracted security providers by monitoring contract outcomes to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the company policies and procedures and any relevant legislation or regulations.
• Undertake contract assurance activities, ensure that continuous improvement of activities is planned and implemented, and manage all commercial and procurement matters related to security contracts.
• Undertake data and trend analysis of security metrics to identify emerging risks or issues, opportunities for improvement, or areas where better data is required.
• Assist with the drafting of new emergency policies & procedures.

About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have experience in category management of a complex service delivery contract, preferably security as well as experience in Project Management. You will be solutions-focused and able to solve problems to overcome challenging situations. Additionally, knowledge of a secure environment context would be highly regarded.
