About the role
This position is responsible for the day to day management of the Eastern Health’s Medical Workforce Unit Seniors team to perform their duties in Senior Medical Workforce recruitment, credentialing, appointments, compliance and contract management.
This position provides a senior liaison for clinical directors and other medical leadership position in planning and maintaining their Senior Medical Workforce appointments according to Eastern Health guidelines
The incumbent will work cooperatively within and outside of the Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) to create a culture of “customer service” towards all Senior Medical staff (SMS) of Eastern Health.
