Your Role
As the Strategic Planning and Performance Manager, you’ll support the Direct Insurance Australia Division (DIA) to drive forward the NRMA Insurance business plans and strategy.. This will be achieved by engaging across the Division and wider Group to devise, prioritise and monitor activity critical to the Division’s success.
You will champion uplift of Divisional disciplined execution and performance capabilities and manage financial and non-financial divisional strategic business performance reporting.
This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney.
About You
- Demonstrated strategy, business planning and governance experience.
- Program management experience
- Demonstrated experience across performance reporting with high level of commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated experience influencing and engaging at an executive level.
- Experience working in and with cross-functional teams.
