We have an exciting, newly created role for a Manager Strategic Projects to join our ever-changing business reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects & Pricing.Your impact:
You combine strategic vision, analytical skills, and stakeholder alignment and think beyond the immediate horizon, identifying new business opportunities and envisioning growth pathways. With a passion for category and product development you will craft compelling business cases and foster innovation overseeing the execution of Strategic Projects, from ideation through to execution. Your ability to collaborate effectively and drive informed decision making will see you as an asset for the organization's growth and success.Who we are looking for:

• Solid experience in-house within a consumer goods, pharmaceutical, health and wellness or beauty organisation.
• Project Management experience in Category or Product development/ commercialisation, with proven experience leading the development of strategic initiatives, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and financial modelling.
• Passion for seeking and evaluating new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals and market trends.
• A strategic problem solver who can formulate and create impactful business cases and manage ongoing projects from ideation to commercialisation.
• A driven and motivated self-starter with exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
