This plan outlines its unique value proposition, the core services it provides, the initiatives that will propel us towards our 2033 targets, and the metrics we’ll use to gauge our success. Supporting the Head of Strategy & Sustainability your role is to aid in shaping the group's strategy by thoroughly grasping the competitive environment and both local and global markets relevant to CBH's operations. The Manager – Strategy also supports for our Strategic Focus Area priority projects. You will be supporting the development and executing strategy and business-critical projects. Responsibilities Include: Have a broad ranging & deep comprehension of the external environment within CBH's operational scope, with the ability to bring external business concepts and competitive landscape analysis into the organisation Coach and guide direct reports in providing exceptional service and fostering engagement Offer commercial support to various departments on critical projects Serve as a strategic and commercial advisor to CBH staff Efficiently plan and coordinate the strategy cycle for the business, aligning with other organisational plans such as CBH Network, IT, and Marketing long-term strategies Facilitate and deliver presentations to the Board, executive team, management, and frontline staff Consult with and present to frontline staff, senior management, and the Board on significant decisions About You: Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring & developing a high performing team Post-graduate qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline 8 years’ experience in investment banking, professional services, consulting or corporate strategy Demonstrated ability to assist in the development of long-term strategic plans.
