- Fixed Term (until October 2026), Full Time
- Level 8 - $107,199 to $121,340 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga
As the Manager, Systems you will work closely with the Director, Student Administration to drive system and innovation activities aligned with Divisional and University objectives. Your role will involve leading and guiding the team to support projects, assignments, tasks and staff on the Student Administration enterprise systems, including emerging technologies.
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience managing a specialist team.
- Proven ability to coordinate a specialists teams efforts and prioritise work pipelines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to proactively and effectively provide quality customer service in a university setting.

Student Administration is responsible for a range of administrative processes and services across the student lifecycle and academic calendar. These services extend from the students first enrolment all the way through to their graduation, at the completion of their study. The team prides itself on being a contemporary, comprehensive and client focused unit thats main mission is to ease the administrative burden for students and staff. Student Administration incorporates the following units: Enrolment, International Enrolments and Partners, Timetable and Completion, Examinations and Results and Systems.
