Where you'll be working
The position is based at Royal North Shore Community Health Centre in St Leonards and is, at times, required to travel across Northern Sydney, Northern Beaches and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai local government areas.
What you'll be doing
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a clinical, health-related field and/or demonstrated experience working extensively with children, adolescents, and young adults in a community health context.
- Describe your experience working with adolescents and young people in a community context and how you would apply your knowledge in this role.
- Please describe at least one example of a successful interagency partnership where you have played a key role in developing health services for young people.
- Describe a quality improvement, service planning or health promotion initiative where you have taken a lead role. Please include a brief overview of the initiative's evaluation and outcomes.
- Describe your leadership and management skills and experience.
- Provide a list of computer programs that you are confident in using.
